This is めなす (or Menace) from Hobby JAPAN's series of visual combat books, Queen's Blade. Character designed by F.S.

Bio: (Wiki)
An ancient princess of the land of Amara, Menace was betrayed by her advisers and died trapped in her palace as her kingdom fell into ruin. Centuries later, the powerful Swamp Witch resurrected her to become part of her army. Menace broke free of the witch's command and set out on her own.

This pic should be long finished in January but I didn't worked on it.
Minor Edit: Changed "Queen" to "Princess".

• In-depth Stuff:
I've done a lot of measuring on her crown and chest plate, but the scales above it were lopsided. I also didn't copied how the scales were originally drawn which were stacked in alternating position, I draw them aligned with each other. Another thing I didn't notice is the metal plate which should only be 5, I made it 6.

The hieroglyphs on the background are random. Drawn with the usual airbrush and other default brushes. Thanks to ~PlusNine too, I learned something from him.
